House Suites

Situated in the main house, our house suites provide a warm and homely atmosphere for cats who prefer a more relaxed and familiar environment. Each suite is furnished with:

• Beds or cozy couches for maximum comfort.

• Beautiful garden views to stimulate your cat’s senses.

• Fans to keep the room cool during summer.

Unique Suite Features

• Bedroom Suite: Equipped with two scratch posts, a cat window hammock, a queen-sized bed, and an en-suite bathroom, all overlooking the garden.

• Study Suite: Features a comfortable couch, a scratch post, a cat window hammock, and a serene garden view.

• Sunroom Suite: Includes a large scratch post, a wingback chair, a cat window hammock, and two large windows with beautiful garden views.

Whether your cat loves to perch on a window hammock and watch the birds, lounge on a queen-sized bed, or enjoy entertainment from Cat TV, our facilities are designed to create a haven of relaxation and stimulation. At Kate’s Place, your feline companion will feel right at home!

Cattery Suites

Our custom-built cattery suites, located just off the main house, feature a clean and modern design to meet all your cat’s needs. Each suite is equipped with:

• Scratch posts and stairs leading to elevated sleeping areas, providing safe spaces for hiding and resting.

• Multiple comfortable beds and different levels for lounging and exploration.

• Air conditioning to ensure a cool and comfortable stay.

Unique Suite Features

• Suites 1 & 2: Enjoy windows facing the garden, complete with cat window hammocks for sunbathing and bird-watching.

• Suites 2, 3, & 4: Offer a view of “Cat TV” to keep your feline entertained throughout the day.

• Suite 6: The longest suite, featuring two scratch posts and a dual view of the garden and Cat TV.

Our Hygiene Protocols

At Kate’s Place Cattery, we prioritize the health and safety of every feline guest. Each suite is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized with F10, a veterinary-grade disinfectant that meets South African Veterinary standards, before a new guest checks in. Additionally, our cattery suites are equipped with safety glass sneeze barriers to maintain a hygienic and secure environment, ensuring the well-being of all our guests.
