A one month's boarding fee is always payable in advance, at least 7 days prior to pets arriving and thereafter, 7 days prior to the conclusion of the first month and any subsequent months required.
(Failure to settle accounts timeously, or failure to collect pets could result in cats being surrendered to a animal welfare society such as SPCA – this sounds harsh but there have been many instances where pets are placed into kennels/catteries and abandoned and sadly I cannot adopt them all, even though I would want to!)Cancellations and refunds – All dates booked are chargeable in full unless prior notice and/or arrangements are given to the owner, such notice period to be specified at time of booking;
